Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on the 28th of October, 1967 as the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer, was the first Roberts to settle in Atlanta. The Robertses' father was interested in theatre from an early time. In 1952, while studying at Emory University, he performed on stage in various productions around Atlanta. While stationed at Biloxi the Mississippi state, he was played as a soldier in a play with Betty Lou Bredemus. The couple got married in the year 1955. Their first daughter, Eric Anthony, was born in the year 1956. Walter and his wife resigned from the military in the year 1957 after which they began enrolment with Walter as a student at Tulane University. Walter started his work at Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter and Betty Lou started production in 1964 on the local Saturday morning children's show on television called Bum Bum and His Buddies that they funded by themselves. They founded an Actors and Writers Workshop in the year 1964, and it took six years to complete. In 1965, they welcomed two new children: Lelisa Billingsley and Julia Billingsley.
