April Lockhart
April Lockhart is a born on July 4 April, 1995. In the seventh grade she began taking piano and guitar lessons. It was this that ignited her love for songwriting. At the age of 12 She composed her debut single called Different. As April approached 14 years old, she spent the majority of her time creating song ideas and perfecting the music. Then, she began to take trips to NY and LA with her Dad so that they could both compose songs. April added other themes to the track "Take My Hand" for a few of her acquaintances who faced issues such as peer pressurization disabilities, and even teens who committed suicide. Lockhart collaborates with the well-known Clean Beauty brand Ilia as well as a lifestyle influencer who has a growing fan base. Born without a left hand, the woman is a major part of her. It's however not the entire tale. Lockhart's Twitter profile does not conceal her being disabled, but neither does it make a point of it. The profile is a statement. The message? That we are all multifaceted, and that our physical and identity selves are not all that they appear. Lockhart tells Lockhart in a video interview "I do not believe that disability is what defines my character. My goal is not to have an impact on disability because I have plenty to offer." It doesn't affect my everyday life. All is well and I have learned to adjust. However, I also consider that it is a crucial aspect of me. Lockhart has been a great source of inspiration for her female friends with regards to self-acceptance. Even so, Lockhart admits that she has had periods of feeling uneasy about her appearance, and the clothes with arms. She is able to wear anything she wants, and she is proud to share photos of herself dressed in her favorite outfits. It's all a process is the key thing I don't know that will ever be the end about self-love. It's a journey, I'm sure that you never arrive. The people around you with who truly know you, and can see through your eyes are the most important people who can remind you of the things you're concerned about.
